During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable and nicely appointed rooms. Another highlight was the convenient location near several key attractions.

There were a few aspects of our stay that detracted from the overall experience. Some rooms on higher floors received lingering cigarette smells from the floors below, which could be bothersome for non-smokers.

We stayed at a family-friendly hotel that was very accessible to many coffee shops and cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities such as the bathroom and room service were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There was an issue with excessive noise from a party hosted in the top-floor dining hall during our stay, which took over an hour to resolve.

Great pool facilities and the breakfast was a decent spread with a variety of options. The location was convenient, being close to a shopping center and public transport. Overall my stay was relatively comfortable.

The room was quite dirty and felt unclean. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the towels provided were stained.
